Jill L. Dunyon
Jill Dunyon has been a litigator for over twenty years. Her practice focuses on the defense of manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and contractors in mass tort litigation. Jill has worked in several areas of mass tort litigation, including Asbestos defense, drug manufacturer and other medical device defenses.
Jill has conducted hundreds of depositions and pretrial matters in asbestos, drug defense and other causes. She has extensive experience analyzing and implementing compliance with court-ordered management and trial practices in individual and mass tort cases.
In addition to her mass tort work, Jill has litigated a wide variety of legal issues, including products liability, premises liability, and construction disputes, as well as insurance bad faith cases. She has experience defending clients in the manufacturing industry and in the commercial and residential building industries. She strives to dispose of cases as economically as possible by implementing thorough investigation, and filing of dispositive motions. Her priority is aggressively representing her clients, and in seeking a resolution at the earliest stage possible.
