The members of GAPC are experienced in evaluating coverage under contracts of insurance (automobile, homeowners, commercial general liability, life and health), and they both prosecute and defend declaratory judgment lawsuits concerning insurance coverage. Further, the Firm’s founding partners have represented clients in numerous matters involving allegations of bad faith handling of insurance claims.

Our attorneys' work in this area includes:

• Obtaining declaratory judgment in favor of commercial property insurer and defended insurer against multiple counterclaims including bad faith.
• Providing numerous coverage opinions to insurers under CGL policies relating to contractor liability.
• Providing numerous coverage opinions on whether persons or entities are insureds or additional insureds under CGL, home owner and commercial automobile policies.
