Jacob M. Miller
Jake is a civil litigator with extensive experience representing clients on both sides of the courtroom. As first chair in state trials, arbitration and summary judgment motions, Jake has represented clients as defendants and as plaintiffs.
Jake takes pride in keeping his clients up to date with a straightforward, problem-solving approach to their legal matters. He has argued numerous motions before both Utah State and Federal District Courts, in addition to prevailing as the first chair attorney at trial before the King County Superior Court in Washington State.
Jake began his legal career in 2013 representing homeowner associations in Utah. He also practiced in Seattle, WA. Jake’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and defending local and national companies and individual clients regarding personal injury, construction, business, and real estate matters.

- Successfully represented the defendant/counterclaimant plaintiff neighbor in a quiet title action based on an adverse possession theory, obtaining title to additional land adjoining the client’s property on behalf of his client; served as the first chair trial attorney before the King County Superior Court in Washington state.
- Served as first chair in binding arbitration representing the plaintiff after bringing fraud and misrepresentation claims against an American electric vehicle and clean energy company claiming the vehicle purchased in the United States would be functional in mainland Europe; ultimately secured client a monetary judgment against the defendant company.
