Heidi Goebel and Tim Curtis Successfully Obtain Summary Judgment

Heidi Goebel and Tim Curtis recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of a major municipal entity and the janitorial company which services it on a slip and fall claim. The court ruled on the briefs that Plaintiff failed to show any evidence that the municipal entity or janitorial company had notice of any dangerous substance and further denied Plaintiff’s motion to assess sanctions on a claim of spoliation for failing to preserve more video footage than normal business practices mandated.
